Assessment Activities
Situational Judgement Test (SJT)
Online
Presents realistic workplace scenarios to assess your judgement and
decision-making. You will choose the response that best reflects what you would do in each situation.
Case Study Analysis
Online
A business scenario-based exercise that evaluates your analytical, strategic,
and problem-solving abilities. You will read a case and provide structured written responses.
Behavioural Event Interview (BEI)
In-Person
A structured interview focusing on your past experiences to predict future
performance. An assessor will guide you through specific behavioural questions.
Group Discussion (GD)
In-Person
A collaborative exercise where participants discuss a topic to assess
communication, teamwork, and leadership. You will be observed and rated by assessors.
